Leadership

Living collections thrive when supported by strong leadership and a unified team.

We are passionate about helping mission-based organizations strengthen their internal dynamics in order to grow and flourish. With over 20 years of field experience and perspective, we work closely with leaders and their teams to deliver unbiased evaluations of structure and culture, pinpoint areas that need attention, and provide fresh insights and tools to implement changes.

Our team is ready to support you through a suite of methodologies — from one-on-one interviews to on-site assessments — to understand and enhance your operations and team relations, and integrate new strategies for success.

Organizational & Culture Assessments

Working in close partnership with leaders and their teams, we provide comprehensive assessments of organizational structure and internal culture to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and engagement. This includes:

  • Reviewing current organizational structure and employee experience
  • Evaluating existing processes
  • Benchmarking against similar organizations to create a deeper understanding of industry standing and prioritize improvements accordingly
  • Identifying opportunities for enhancement and providing team-wide recommendations to promote innovation and collaboration

Interim Staffing

The resignation or unexpected departure of a key executive can send even the most well-oiled organization into a tailspin. In tandem with our Executive Search services, we also offer interim staffing support to ensure consistent leadership and a smooth transition. This service allows you to maintain operational continuity and leadership integrity during periods of change.

I always think about the next generation and creating a different blueprint for them. That’s my goal: to let them know there’s another way.
